On average, most Americans eat within a 15-hour eating window per day. That means they are basically eating from the time they wake up to right before their head hits the pillow.
That's a problem.
Intermittent fasting can be a great tool for people to utilize, so long as they keep the goal in mind. If the goal is solely fat loss, you can push this a bit further. If the goal is muscle gain, you might want to be a bit more cautious about extended fasting.
