The Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft is a new think tank in Washington, that does reports and analysis but also advocates for policy change. It’s only two years old, but it’s one of the most dynamic and exciting new research institutes.
Joseph Cirincione, Distinguished Non-Resident Fellow at the Quincy Institute, makes a short presentation of this institute. “In my 40 years in Washington, I’ve never seen an institute start up and have such an immediate impact, and make such a big contribution to the debate on national security,” he says.
