uChip Simple VGA console: an open-source Cortex M0+ retro-gaming platform!
uChip Simple VGA console (uSVC) is a small open-source retro-gaming console based on uChip, and it allows you to easily create and play your own 8-bit style games!
uSVC uses just a uChip, a 74AHC245 driver, and a few other components. All the signals (audio and VGA) are software generated.
uSVC uses standard USB peripherals like gamepads and keyboards, so you can choose your favourite one! The video resolution is 320 x 200 pixels, but you can easily scale up to 320 x 400, with very little code modifications.
