My baby turned 1 in April and I wanted to share with you how I made a healthy baby smash cake for her first birthday.

p.s. for cake 3, the original recipe bakes for 30mins. I have a pretty old oven in our apartment and I baked much longer. If you have a powerful oven, I'd start with 30 mins and incrementally add more time if you need.
