WotR: RAY Caster Build
Hi All, this is a GENERIC Point Blank Master RAY CASTER build. This video is designed to show you HOW to make a DEX-based character wielding a weapon finessable melee weapon while able to cast RAY spells in MELEE range WITHOUT suffering Attacks of Opportunity from melee combatants.
This is the THIRD of FOUR GENERIC builds (two for STR and two for DEX builds).
