Using GOV.UK Notify at NHSBT
NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) uses GOV.UK Notify, the government's notifications tool, to send text messages to donors. These messages include appointment reminders or change of venue texts.
GOV.UK Notify allows the NHSBT team to send out hundreds of thousands of texts per month. The tool has saved the team money and allows them to quickly see the delivery path of the notifications.
