Modding Explanation:

My personal rule of thumb/train of thought when making a standalone build (no synergy outside the weapon itself such as Warframe abilities and such, with the exception of primers for Condition Overload) is: 1 mod per stat. For example, 1 mod for critical damage, 1 mod for attack speed, 1 mod for elemental damage, and so on before adding any additional mods of the same stat. Although, I hardly find myself doing the latter since I often find too many builds that stack certain stats, such as Organ Shatter + Gladiator Might, or Galvanized Steel + Organ Shatter, when the extra modded critical damage could be modded for other mods instead, such as attack speed, faction mods, etc. In the case of my build for example, I couldn't afford to stack the same stat since I find that the current mods are invaluable to build.

In the case of Blood Rush and Galvanized Steel, which may be seen as contradictory to my personal rule of thumb, Blood Rush acts as my primary source of critical chance while Galvanized Steel acts as my primary source of critical damage since this gives higher crit damage than Organ Shatter. The critical chance from Galvanized Steel is just a bonus. Furthermore, Galvanized Steel gives more critical damage in the long run, which is another reason why I opted for this mod.

Seeing as this build revolves around Melee Influence which spreads statuses to enemies around you on electricity procs, it was a no-brainer to include Galvanized Elementalist which increases both status damage and chance. Similar to Blood Rush and Galvanized Steel, I modded Galvanized Elementalist for the status damage while the extra status chance is merely a bonus to Weeping Wounds.

Finally, I found that Primed Reach significantly increased that chances of proccing Melee Influence, which increases enemy clear capabilities, which is a big plus in my book. However, Primed Reach can also be considered a flex mod (that's how I like to think of it at least), meaning this mod is interchangeable with mods you see fit since this mod merely increases the chances of proccing Melee Influence by hitting more mobs in a single attack, but doesn't necessarily "destroy" the build without it. Personally, I'd swap this mod with a faction mod given the polarity, or maybe even a riven mod.

P.S. This build is COMPLETELY viable without Roar, as seen in the video. I only included Roar to show another way of increasing the effectiveness of this build. Alternatively, Nourish is also a great option for a subsume. Not only will this add viral damage to your weapons, but this will also go well for energy economy.

If you've reached this far, consider subscribing for more builds like this in the future!
