EASY DIY Fabric Garland | Fabric Banner
Hey Y'all I wanted to show you how to create this really simple and festive July 4th fabric banner. Follow along as I show you step by step how to recreate this for your home!
Items Needed for your July 4th Banner
-Different Scraps of fabric, i picked most of mine up at Walmart for .99 a quarter scrap. I picked up the rest at Joann's Fabric.
-You can also use ribbon to change up the look a little.
-Rope, Ribbon, Twine or a light string to tie fabric to.
-Scissors or a rotary cutter to cut fabric. I use a self healing cutting mat with my rotary cutter.
-Time and patience LOL! It does take a little effort and time to do this!
