Coop employees are reporting precarious working hours at the Schafisheim bakery. They regularly have to work six days a week because their schedules mean they frequently fall short of their contractually agreed 41 hours. The employees are at their limit, and the Unia union is outraged. In this report, SRF Kassensturz speaks with affected employees, labor law professor Roger Rudolph, and confronts the Coop bakery's HR manager, Luc Pillard, with the allegations.
Have you ever been a victim of poor working conditions? And what did you do about it? Share your experiences with us in the comments section!
