Life is the greatest gift we have ever been given,
greater than a check, a trophy, or any blue ribbon.
I learned about life from a man named Cody.
And these are the valuable lessons he showed me.
Life is a gift, so hold on tight.
Hug long, and hug strong, hug with all of your might.
Life is a gift, so harness each moment,
This life is yours, take charge, own it.
Look at the places, the faces, the smiles we've seen.
Remember the highs and the low, and all in between.
Remember to lend a helping hand, and go the extra mile.
And when all else fails, remember to smile
To Smile and smile and smile again.
Do it alone, and share it with a friend
And make us laugh, make us laugh, until we can't anymore,
and throw a thizz face when you walk out the door.
Sometimes we test the waters,
and sometimes we must jump.
And only we have the power to get through this hump.
There was too much light in Cody Bennet for one man to hold. His light shines down upon us, and ohh behold. everything around us is bathed in white light. And when Life seems so wrong, this light is so right.
So how now do we proceed.

Well lets start with this
I want you to really think about this, if you ever presented Cody with a legitimate adventure, something new, something unknown, even something a little dangerous, COdy was always down, always.
Dirt roads, day hikes, beach trips, and deep powder, Cody was always there.
These are the places where Cody came alive. These are the places where he thrived.
We should honor Cody by pushing ourselves to go further, to go faster, and to take cody with us to edge of the earth.
