We would like to dedicate this song to all the children displaced in the recent wars. It’s a traditional Ukrainian Lullaby. It goes “Where will we sleep tonight?” A Mother comforting her child, and a Child, seeking protection from bad. Our prayers are for you.
Ой ходить сон коло вікон,
А дрімота коло плота.
Питається сон дрімоти:
А де будем ночувати?
Де хатонька теплесенька,
Де дитина малесенька,
Там ми будем ночувати,
Дитиноньку колисати.
Ой на кота та й воркота,
На дитину та й дрімота,
Котик буде воркотати,
Дитинонька буде спати.
