An Introduction to Alchemist
Alchemist, in Copenhagen, is the brainchild of Rasmus Munk, and has consistently been named as one of the top restaurants in the world since it opened its doors in 2019. Now with two Michelin stars to its name, the restaurant continues to create an immersive experience for diners, using food as a vehicle to share stories and encourage reflection.
