Forward All Incoming Calls Using a GoTo Star Code
Even though you're out of the office or can't answer your phone, you can easily forward your calls to a colleague. These star codes allow you to override your line's dial plan and forward all inbound calls to an internal extension or an external number, even if your phone goes offline afterward.
