Blood West Tech - Shaman Fall
You can save time between the tutorial and the shaman by falling on certain parts of the area above the safe zone. When done correctly, you will take zero fall damage, though if you take a couple points of damage, it's not a big deal. Do not run out of stamina while doing this. For stamina management, do not run when landing on the first part of the rock wall; when you drop down to the slightly lower part of it, you will regain some stamina before dropping onto the penultimate platform.
