Juice Fast Results - 33 Days
Results from my 33 Day Juice Fast! I had an amazing experience and wanted to share with you guys some of my insights from the fast.
I had previously done a 5 day juice fast in September of 2018 as well as a 14 day juice fast in late November of 2018, so this was by far my longest fast.
From the physical to the mental to the emotional, I touch every topic and give you an idea of what taking on something like this would be like.
