Chicken Piccata & Capers & Angel Hair Pasta

The flight from RDU to BOS was late due to Rain & Tornado issues. Gabriel & the Other Parental Unit did not make their connecting flight to LHR on time via Delta. They were transferred to a later flight via American Airlines. So, me & Celia decided to make some Chix Piccata while singing some songs. She is 95% Vegetarian. I am 99% Vegetarian. But, she really wanted to learn how to make it, so I showed her. Someone stole the white wine, so we had to use Chicken Broth & High Sodium Cooking Sherry (something that raises my Blood Pressure) to make the Piccata Sauce. I ate it anyhow. Maybe if I run an extra 10 minutes while chanting a decade of Hail Marys, I will be able to sleep tonight. I am not used to canned food, but I had to eat it because Celia made it.
