Sinclair QL Motherboard and Wafer Expansion Card prototypes 1985
Two very unique original Sinclair Research Ltd. items at The Centre for Computing History (CCH) in Cambridge.
The Sinclair QL Wafer Expansion Card was codenamed WISPER and had the 4 inch wafer with 16Kbit chips resulting in a net capacity of 0.5Mbyte.
Even WISPER for the Sinclair QL never made it onto the market, the next generations for bigger computer systems were eventually made & marketed by Fujitsu/Anamartic.
