This video walks you through how to manage your disabled client list (exclusion list) through the command line console of a Cisco 4400 wireless controller The web interface only shows 80 disabled clients. Removing clients from the list can be a problem if the mac address is not listed in the first 80 clients. The console list also shows the full description of each client as opposed to the three characters shown on the web interface. The command line is shown below in case you are unable to see it clearly on the video.
show exclusionlist
config exclusionlist delete 00:00:00:00:00:00 (mac address)
save config
