Introducing a new series of short music videos called “reel-arranged”, featuring all singers/performers who want to participate.
"Just Once", written by Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil, and performed by James Ingram, from the 1981 iconic album "The Dude" by Quincy Jones.
This is an example with me singing it and with no actual video.
All participating guests will be shown on video as the format suggests.

Instructions to participate:
Download the file below, it contains the mp3 demo, the backing track and my reference lead vocal.
Create a project on your preferred DAW (digital audio workstation) at 48khz, 24 bit, and set the tempo/BPM to 50 and import the backing track and my reference lead vocal.
Record your vocal track trying to stay aligned with my background vocals for a better result. Make sure the audio signal of your vocal track is clean and not too high, this is to prevent unwanted distortion (try to stay at around -10dBs).
Bounce your vocal track (WAV/AIFF 48khz, 24bit) making sure it starts from the very beginning as the backing and lead tracks. Please no effects added, just plain dry. Please also check it out before sending it.
Film yourself in vertical format. You can do that in playback if you want.
Send your vocal track and the video to [email protected], using any file transfer service of your choice (Wetransfer, Google Drive, Filtransfer, HighTail, DropBox, etc.).
Then I remove my vocal track, add yours and prepare the video. As soon as it’s ready we’ll share it on social media.
