Sue Rushing has been a Camphill parent since 2013 and has volunteered in a variety of ways over the years. Here, Sue shares about our online program during the pandemic.
Volunteers are essential at The Camphill School. Our live-in volunteers care for the students while supporting teachers and house parents, weekly volunteers provide respite by cooking meals, and volunteer groups can accomplish in one day what may take one or two people a whole week. We also have ongoing volunteers who serve on our Board, committees, and Parent CONNECT Core Group. Getting involved is a wonderful way to have a deeper connection to the school.
