Homemade Mint Coconut Oil Mouthwash // Zero Waste
With so many people using the Ayurvedic method of oil pulling, I figured I'd freshen things up a bit and create a mint infused coconut oil that you can use as mouthwash or for oil pulling, completely zero waste (besides the coconut oil jar that you will hopefully reuse and if not, recycle)! You can also use this to relieve headaches, as a hair treatment, as lotion, etc.
