We had an incredible adventure in Dublin and want to debunk a few clichés: this city is so much more than just a giant pint of beer! Of course, we tried the Guinness, and doing so in one of the many dark and cozy pubs, or at the famous Temple Bar, was a unique experience. And you can’t miss a visit to the Guinness Storehouse.
But Dublin offered us so much more!
We felt like we were in a period film without having to dress up as pirates.
At Trinity College, we were speechless in front of the Book of Kells, a masterpiece of calligraphy housed in a dreamlike library.
We also took a scenic walk along the River Liffey to admire the city from a different perspective.
