The ear is divided into three parts;
1) Outer ear
2) Middle ear
3) Inner ear
The outer ear consists of:
1) The pinna
2) the ear canal
and eardrum divides the outer ear and middle ear
The middle ear consists of;
1) Hammer (malleus)
2) Anvil (incus)
3) Stirrup (stapes)
where as the inner ear consist of;
1) Cochlea
2) Oval window
3) Basilar membrane
