Responsibility in Communication: Speaking Our Needs As Models
The photographic industry is high demand and fast paced. Unfortunately, it's all too easy for models to internalize a need to remain silent and appear wholly professional rather than speaking up when we need something and risk being branded a diva. While professionalism is integral, it's important as professionals to ensure that our needs are met so that we can focus our attention on our work. In this video I tell you about the first time I failed to do this, then talk about the ways in which we have a responsibility to speak our needs in order to deliver 100% to our clients.
