Welcome to my aerial video of the magnificent 111 Murray Street building in New York City! In this video, you'll see stunning bird's eye views of this iconic building that stands tall at 792 feet with 64 floors.
The building was designed by the award-winning architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and completed in 2018. It features a unique curved design with a shimmering glass façade and luxurious amenities, including a fitness center, a lap pool, a private dining room, and a resident's lounge.
But the history of this location goes back much further than that. The area was originally home to Native American tribes before the Dutch arrived in the 17th century and established New Amsterdam. The street itself was named after Robert Murray, a wealthy merchant who owned land in the area during the Revolutionary War.
As you watch the video, you'll be able to appreciate the architectural beauty of 111 Murray Street from every angle, including its proximity to the Hudson River and neighboring buildings.
In addition to the stunning views of 111 Murray Street, this video also features some bonus footage of the Norwegian Breakaway cruise ship leaving port on the Hudson River, right in front of the building. The Norwegian Breakaway is one of the largest and most luxurious cruise ships in the world, weighing in at 146,600 tons and measuring 1,068 feet in length. It can accommodate up to 4,000 passengers and has numerous restaurants, bars, theaters, and even a water park on board.
Launched in 2013, the Norwegian Breakaway is one of the newest and most modern ships in the Norwegian Cruise Line fleet. As you watch the ship sail past 111 Murray Street, you'll get a sense of its immense size and grandeur, contrasting with the sleek and sophisticated design of the building.
