Rep. George Santos (R-NY), the New York Republican congressman dogged by a laundry list of lies since he was elected last year, is facing a federal indictment, sources familiar with the matter told NBC.
Santos is due to appear in court as soon as Wednesday, the sources said. It was not immediately clear what charges he is facing.
