📎Set the Rotation : -30 ,Horizontal Skew : 20.
📎Copy the text layer.
📎Add a Motion Blur effect to the layer.
📎Set the Distance to 250 pixels and place it below the text.
📎Two copy of text layer and Set 2 more Motion Blurs with distance of 350.
📎Now go to Gradient Map and pick the colors.
📎To create rays effect, use the pen tool and draw vertical lines with a slight stroke.
📎Set 90 degrees for black and white gradient and reduce the opacity to 0 for the black color.
📎Set the Blend Mode to Screen and duplicate them for each letter.
📎Group and merge the rays And add gaussian blur effect on them . 📎At last edit with mask and add some noise.
