I want to show you everything you can do inside the HighLevel contacts tab. It looks simple, but there are so many features packed in here that I had to make a full training just for this one section.
I walk you through a contact profile first. You can see their info, any custom fields, tags, automations they are in, pipelines, and past activity like notes, appointments, and transactions.
Then I show you the bulk actions. You can select many contacts at once and update a pipeline, add them to a workflow, or send an email or text message. I explain why you should drip your sends instead of blasting everyone at once, so your email reputation stays healthy.
I also cover tags, since I use tags for almost everything in HighLevel. You can add or remove tags in bulk, export and import your contacts, add a company to a group of contacts, and merge two duplicate profiles into one clean record.
My favorite part is the filters. You can filter by tag, email, city, business name, and more, then save that filter as a smart list. I build a smart list with you using the newsletter tag and an email requirement, then send a campaign straight to that list from the marketing tab.
