Somewhere in the endless reaches of the American West and the Dust Bowl we happen upon a highway diner where Sindy serves her regular and passing-through patrons the best dishes this side of Monument Valley. While trying to figure out her life, love and what the future holds, as her shifts go by, Sindy watches the lives of her patrons unfold before her eyes. Is there an escape from the Desert Diner like there is for Trevor and Lucy, or will she find herself right where she is; amongst the dirt bikes and buggies and a revolving door of characters, any one that could possibly change her trajectory in life for good?
