This is one of the victim impact statements from the son of one of the victims of the BTK killer.
This poor man lost his mother to this awful mans (Dennis Rader the BTK) evil fantasies..
What the offender did was truly evil and the way he walked the court through his actions is truly terrifying.
But the last word was had by this man who spoke in perfect poetry.
I have never heard word spoken so eloquently in such a hateful way before which is totally understandable.
