The Board will hear the following Matters as soon as the Briefing Session concludes:
1. Docket No. 2024-034 Cause No. 132-41 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of OVINTIV USA INC.
(The Board will consider the recommended findings of fact and conclusions of law generated by the Hearing Examiner from the proceeding on June 19, 2024.)
2. Docket No. 2024-035 Cause No. 132-42 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of OVINTIV USA INC.
(The Board will consider the recommended findings of fact and conclusions of law generated by the Hearing Examiner from the proceeding on June 19, 2024.)
3. Docket No. 2024-022 Cause No. 139-174 – In the Matter of: Request for Agency Action of Dean Carlyle Shimmin Trust
(On April 10, 2024, this matter was set for investigation and negotiation to be completed by the Division within 60 days. The Division’s memorandum detailing its findings and recommendation for formal hearing was filed on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. The Board will hear the Division’s findings and recommendation for setting a formal hearing at the June 26, 2024, Board hearing, and if the Board agrees with the Division’s recommendation, proceed with setting a date for the formal hearing.)
4. Docket No. 2024-023 Cause No. 132-36 – In the Matter of the AMENDED Request for Agency Action of OVINTIV USA INC.
(This matter was continued from the April 24, 2024, Board hearing.)
5. Docket No. 2024-019 Cause No. RMNRL-2024-01 – In the Matter of Formal Rulemaking to amend the Large Mining Operations Rules
