Open Terminal and enter the following command:
Turn OFF Notification Center
launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist
Turn ON Notification Center
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist
