HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!! Today we are doing a 30 day taste test on our simple Mandarin Honey batch,this was a super simple batch, with only the 1 stage of brewing to show that you can make a mead that is alcoholic within a month, next in the future we will be showing the secondary stage and bottling,and do smaller taste tests throughout the batches.
