When you realize the friendship didn't last | Old Joy
Some thoughts I had walking away from Old Joy. Other people will have different takeaways, but that's to the film's credit. Everyone is at a different stage of life, walking at their own pace, and films impact us differently. I'm sure that rewatching this film in ten years will spark different ideas in my mind- I might even disagree with my past self. Time will tell.
