The Execution of Sophie Scholl - Short History Documentary
On the 22nd February 1943, a group of young political activists were guillotined by the Nazi State. Their crime was high treason, the act was distributing anti Nazi leaflets. Sophie Scholl, Hans Scholl and Christoph Probst were all executed that day, the same day of their show trial. In today's video, we will look at the life of Sophie Scholl, the events that led to her execution and her legacy.
