In the exhibition First Royals of Europe, you will find ceramic figurines made in the Neolithic era, about 8,000 years ago. They are of different sizes and painted with different motifs. Some are sitting on seats, while others are seated on the ground. We wonder if those differences could illustrate the possibility that there was already a hierarchy within this group of women?
