This Amiga game has very high production values, the CD artwork and jewel case art and specially the printed manual, are of a very high quality, as I'm showing in the short clip in the start of the video.
Game starts at 04:33, world 1 at 6:28 to skip the very long FMV intro; 25:34 for world 2.
Having said that, the game itself is more of a curiosity as I think very few people are aware that this game exists.
Personally I prefer Disposable Hero or Apidya by a large margin, despite all the slick presentation found in T-Zero.
