Elevate your pizza night with this Jus-Rol Classic Pizza Base, which is perfect for making your favourite pizzas at home. This BBQ chicken pizza has a BBQ & tomato sauce base, BBQ chicken, onion and parsley, all covered with cheese and baked to bubbly goodness! Ingredients:
1 Tube of Jus-Rol Classic Pizza Base
200g BBQ Chicken
1/2 Red Onion
250g BBQ Sauce
200g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Chopped Parley
Method:
Open your Jus-Rol Classic Pizza Base box. Pull the corner of the label on the tube down to the left. The can will pop open.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan-assisted 180°C).
Unroll the dough and place it on a nonstick baking paper tray.
Open the tomato sauce jar and mix 1/3 of this jar with the BBQ sauce. Spread this sauce uniformly over the dough.
Cover with sliced red onion, sliced chicken, parsley and grated mozzarella cheese.
Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve fresh from the oven with a sprinkling of parsley. Enjoy!
