Things to consider for the opener:

My GCD is 2.41. (2.39 might be better)

You want to pop "No Mercy" on the back half of the GCD in order to snapshot the final "Burst Strike" in the "No Mercy" buff window.
As shown: https://i.gyazo.com/06dca25a3278cf1f7...
This principle applies to all "No Mercy" windows for maximum value when possible.

You want to start your "Gnashing Fang" combo first to put it on cooldown. However, you do not need to finish the cartridge combo until later. Immediately pop "Bloodfest" after the start of "Gnashing Fang". The goal is to put all your cartridge spenders, Dots, oGCDs on cooldown so they nicely line up for future "No Mercy" windows.

I personally like to put up my dots first (Sonic Break + Bow Shock) after having started the "Gnashing Fang" combo followed up by "Double Down". Weaving in other oGCDs such as "Blasting Zone" and "Rough Divide(s)" within your "No Mercy" buff window.
-----------------

Below is the order of your "No Mercy" windows along with the alignment of "Bloodfest". I'll add timestamps to each window to make it clear.

No Mercy + Bloodfest (0:27)
No Mercy (1:26)
Bloodfest (1:59)
No Mercy (2:26)
No Mercy + Bloodfest (3:27)

The bulk of GNB's damage comes from using as many cartridge spenders within "No Mercy" buff windows. These windows can be quite overwhelming while doing mechanics and also weaving in mitigation for tank busters etc. There are quite a bit of buttons to mash, cooldowns to track, your powder gauge to make sure you don't over cap etc.

The window at 3:27 should allow every GCD to be a cartridge spender for the fat damage! This buff window is the most tricky one because you can accidently overcap if not careful. Take it slow and keep practicing!

Realistically, your cooldowns won't line up this perfectly in a raid scenario. There will be drifting cooldowns, but this should serve as a base of what you should try to achieve.

-------------
This is just a week 1 opener and the rotation is probably not 100% perfect by any means. This is what I personally find comfortable. GNB is intuitive and straightforward at a basic level, as long as you are popping stuff on cooldown. However, it has its nuances in optimization that might not be totally clear when looking at it on paper.

Hope this helped and you enjoyed the video. Thanks!
