A past student of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, Jubba first caught my attention several years ago as a young member of the board of directors of the Jamaica Reggae Industry Association (JaRIA)
He has recorded and/or toured with reggae pioneers such as Burning Spear, Toots and the Maytals, Max Romeo, U-Roy, Marcia Griffiths and the Mighty Diamonds.
He has partnered with bassist Strickland Stone to form one of the revered drum and bass duos of Jamaican reggae featured on several hit compositions and albums worldwide.
