Speakers:
Ms Aakriti Vadehra is a designated partner at Kan and Krishme, a leading law firm in India. She is a registered Indian Patent Attorney with a degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering. She did her LL.M in IPR.
Ms. Kaamini Suhas is a Legal Manager at Marico, handling the company’s legal work for their entire international business. Kaamini was a GW Law Merit Scholar in 2023 and before pursuing her LL.M, she also worked as a senior associate in Denton’s Link Legal. She did her LL.M. in international & comparative law.
Mr. Vedansh Vashisht is a litigation lawyer practising in the Delhi High Court, focusing on civil and commercial matters, arbitration, and IBC cases. He works in the chambers of Mr. Sameer Vashisht, Additional Standing Counsel, GNCTD. He did his LL.M. in IPR.
