This video shows how the FHWA Bridge Investment Program (BIP) Benefit-Cost Analysis Tool can be used by BIP Bridge or Large Bridge grant applicants to summarize project costs and benefits, and obtain data from the National Bridge Inventory (NBI) in preparation of the economic analysis needed for the grant applications.
