Building a Better Future with OneTen at Cisco
In 2020, Cisco Systems CEO Chuck Robbins announced a partnership with Cisco and OneTen, a program created by Maurice Jones to provide an answer to the inequality gap by providing Black Americans without a four-year college degree family-sustaining jobs to build a better future for all. Since then, Cisco has hired three OneTen cohorts, providing them with mentoring, career coaching, and courses.
