Will Digital Night Vision Get You Killed?
People say digital night vision will get you killed, that it's a waste of money, and you might as well sell your soul to get gen 4 quad nods. But is that true? We run a few tests with some Night Operators *alibaba Chinese wifi-camera digital night vision to see what kind of advantages they can offer at their $100-$200 price point.
Is digital night vision better than analog night vision? Obviously not. But a better question to ask: is digital night vision better than no night vision? We believe that answer is a qualified yes. Digital NOD's can be used for more than engaging in a firefight, and I can comfortably say If I had the choice of having these in my backpack vs. not having anything, I'd definitely chose to have them.
Now if only we had some gen 3's to compare this too. *wink wink
