Connect to raspberry pi using VNC or Putty wireless
After the installation of Operating System, the next step is to connect the raspberry pi using VNC and Putty wireless Using monitor.
1) First thing to do is to enable SSH and VNC services on the
Raspberry pi.
2) Second thing is to find the IP assigned to raspberry pi by the
routers and connect using the software's.

Note: IP changes every time when you restart or power on the
raspberrypi.
