This is an Ambient Jam by Lostsense using the Arturia Microfreak, which is a little amazing synth with a digital oscillator and analog filter. In my Opinion one of the best, especially for the price which is currently just 329€.

Audio is going straight into Ableton through a Behringer UMC 1820 USB Interface.
In Ableton I used the free Supermassive Reverb/Echo from Valhalla for some ambiance. (Spoiler (If you haven't tried it yet) : It sounds freakin' awesome.)
