☕Join us today as our team discusses what is involved in putting together our SEEK workshops!
☕The SEEK Color Certificate Program is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion accountability initiative that encourages cancer care clinicians to pursue education and resources that help them better serve patients of color, with the mission of ending disparities in care.
☕To overcome the disparities that exist in both cancer care and in life, we not only have to see people for their unique, individual experiences but we must seek them out.
☕We must seek opportunities for inclusion.
☕We must seek education on differences in treatment.
☕We must seek to understand barriers that inhibit access.
SEEK Color is about asking the tough questions, it’s about digging into and evaluating the systems that perpetuate inequities. We may not have all the answers, but we’re encouraging the cancer care community to seek out solutions.
