I have been exploring, studying, and testing my Helium Bobcat setup for a little over two weeks now. I have discovered what appears to be the optimum setup for my place. I would like to document and share what has proved to provided the highest Helium rewards so far. I am still testing and learning more daily.
This particular setup is a downtown metropolitan area.
Note:
If you or anybody you know is attempting to setup or test on A) a balcony or B) a rooftop - please proceed with caution. On the balcony if you are setting up the antenna please account for the changing weather conditions. The weights I used were just 20 pound dumbbells one on each side. You can of course use whatever works for you; or determine what is necessary. The only antenna I have left overnight is the HNTenna Outdoor model.
Make sure to take your time and conduct your own research.
