HEYYYY! guess what!! I'm yapping! Today I'm giving 9 practical tips on how to overcome feelings of guilt and shame as a queer person. I've been there, and was there for YEARS, and finally looking back I can piece together what mindset shifts helped me move from shame to pride.
i talk about religion, family, internal mindset shifts along with external environment shifts, lying/hiding, standing up for yourself, my secret girlfriends (lol), and how to combat gaslighting and manipulation.
this is like years of inner work and healing in the making, & I'm so excited to share this publically to help other people
PLEASE leave a comment with your reactions, tips, experiences, or questions, I love creating a safe space for people on the internet.
