Whipping cream - 500g
Powdered sugar - 5tbsp
Cake:
Eggs - 3
Salt - 1/4tsp
Caster sugar - 180g
Melted butter - 180g
Plain flour - 200g
Cornstarch - 50g
Baking powder - 2tsp
juice of 1 large lemon
and lemon zest
